About
Thank you for visiting my website.
This website attempts to reflect my personal thoughts and opinions as a global development expert from India, who is now working and living in the US. My expertise lies mostly on water related issues in both urban and rural settings with a focus on the Food-Water-Energy nexus and Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) to achieve UN’s SDG by 2030, with a focus on women and girls’ rights to WASH.
The thoughts and views expressed via this blog aim to present that all sustainable development initiatives have a flipside to them. This is irrespective of the geographic location, where these initiatives or events take place, and hold true for both developing and developed nations.
It is envisioned that the readers shall enjoy reading my take on current developmental issues, and keep sharing their invaluable feedback for making this blog more interesting, interactive and relevant.
Please feel free to contact by sending a direct message via this blog, if you have a relevant position or project available for me to work on. I am also open to accepting research and writing assignments at this time.

Hi Pallavi,
I stumbled upon your blog and am glad to find you!
some friends have asked me to help put together a business plan for bottled water from a pristine source. I would like to shape this as a socially and ecologically responsible business that also provides business benefits. While comments from your audience are desirable, I would like to discuss some aspects offline.
Keep up the great work!
